May 2013 Leadership Summit in Orlando Florida

In May 2013 the management team attended a Leadership Summit in Orlando Florida. Speakers Included Dan Pink, Jim Loehr, Jack Stack, David Marquet, Dave Kerpen, Giovanni Livera, and Verne Harnish. The speakers were very engaging and gave us a lot of insight and ideas to further develop and then implement internally. From David Marquet we evolved the concept of Ladder of Control which empowers the ENTIRE team to think and act like owners and have the decision making authority be where it needs to be, the point of origin!

Painesville, Ohio – December 2008 – McNeil Industries earned its first-ever ranking on the Weatherhead 100, an annual listing of Northeast Ohio's fastest growing companies.  With a five-year growth rate of 234.24%, the company placed 58th on the list, which is compiled by Cleveland's Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE) and Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management.
